These terms apply when you use wp2html.com, the free site check, our phone line or our text messages. By using any of them, you agree to these terms. If you hire us, the written quote or agreement you accept covers that work, and it controls where it differs from these terms.
Who we are
wp2html is a service of La Opinion Hispana LLC, a Florida company. In these terms, "wp2html," "we" and "us" mean La Opinion Hispana LLC. We move WordPress websites to static HTML on Cloudflare and maintain them afterward. You can reach us at hello@wp2html.com or (561) 677-8976.
Using this website
- Use the website and the free site check lawfully, and check only websites you own or have permission to check.
- Don't try to break, overload or copy the website, the site check or our forms, and don't send automated requests to them.
- The site check loads a public homepage once and reports what it shows. It is not a security audit, and its results are for information only.
Quotes and our services
- This website describes our services in general terms. Prices, scope and launch dates are set only in a written quote.
- We don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or that a website can never be attacked. We explain what we change and why, and we work to keep your site fast and secure.
Phone calls and our virtual assistant
- Calls to our number may be answered by an AI virtual assistant that takes your details and answers common questions. A person reviews every message.
- Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can respond accurately. If you don't want to be recorded, hang up and email hello@wp2html.com instead.
Text messages (SMS)
- What we send: texts about your inquiry. That means replies to your questions, follow-ups after a call or quote request, reminders about scheduled calls, and updates on work for current customers. We don't send marketing campaigns by text.
- How you agree: by checking the optional text-message box on our quote form, by texting our number, or by asking us to text you during a call. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
- How often: message frequency varies with your conversation.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll send one message confirming you've opted out, and then no more. Reply START to opt back in.
- For help: reply HELP, email hello@wp2html.com or call (561) 677-8976.
- Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We don't sell or share your phone number or your consent to texts with anyone for their marketing. Our Privacy page explains how we handle them.
Your content and ours
The design, text and code of wp2html.com belong to La Opinion Hispana LLC. The content you give us for your own website stays yours, and who owns the files we build for you is set out in your quote or agreement.
Other companies' services
We use Cloudflare to host websites, Google Workspace for email, and CallRail for our phone line, virtual assistant and text messages. Their own terms apply to their services, and we aren't responsible for outages on their side.
Disclaimers
The website and the free site check are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, wp2html is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages that come from using this website, the site check, our phone line or our text messages. For these free services, our total liability is limited to $100. Liability for paid work is set in your quote or agreement.
Trademarks
WordPress is a trademark of the WordPress Foundation, and Cloudflare is a trademark of Cloudflare, Inc. wp2html is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by WordPress, the WordPress Foundation, Automattic or Cloudflare.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the version posted when you use our services applies.
